**Return Policy**

Thank you for shopping at Grateful Grit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible. To initiate a return, please email us at info@gratefulgrit.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

**Returns**

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

**Exchanges**

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This helps expedite the exchange process and ensures that you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

**Return Process**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.

3. Affix the return shipping label provided by our customer service team or use a shipping method of your choice.

4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 30 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.

**Return Conditions**

Please note the following conditions for returns:

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
